How to Cancel Your Subscription
You can cancel your Pro subscription at any time by following these steps:
Go to Settings
Click on your profile picture in the top right corner, then select Settings.
Open Billing & Subscription
In the left sidebar, click on Billing & Subscription.
Click Cancel Subscription
Scroll down to find the Cancel Subscription button and click it.
Confirm Cancellation
You'll be asked to confirm. Optionally, let us know why you're leaving so we can improve.
After cancelling, you'll continue to have Pro access until your current billing period ends. You won't be charged again unless you choose to resubscribe.
What Happens After Cancellation
Your Data After Cancellation
We believe your data belongs to you. Here's what happens to your information:
Profile & Content
Your profile, posts, portfolio items, and all content remain intact. Nothing is deleted.
Connections
All your connections and professional relationships are preserved.
Messages
Your complete message history is retained. You can still read all past conversations.
Portfolio Overflow
If you have more than 5 portfolio items, we keep all of them but only display the first 5. Upgrade again to see all items.
Refund Policy
Monthly Subscriptions
Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable. When you cancel, you keep Pro access until the end of your billing period, but no partial refunds are issued.
Yearly Subscriptions
If you cancel a yearly subscription within 14 days of purchase or renewal, you may request a full refund. After 14 days, no refunds are issued, but you keep access until the year ends.
Free Trial
If you cancel during your free trial, you won't be charged at all. Cancel before the trial ends to avoid any charges.
Exceptional circumstances: If you experience technical issues that prevented you from using Pro features, contact support to discuss your situation.
How to Request a Refund
If you're eligible for a refund, follow these steps:
- Go to Contact Support
- Select "Billing & Payments" as the subject
- Include your account email and reason for the refund request
- Our team will review your request within 2-3 business days
- If approved, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days
Reactivating Your Subscription
Changed your mind? You can upgrade back to Pro at any time:
- Before period ends: Go to Billing settings and click "Reactivate Subscription" to prevent cancellation.
- After downgrade: Simply go to the Upgrade page and subscribe again.
- Same features: All Pro features are immediately restored upon reactivation.
- Your data: Everything is still there - portfolio items, analytics history, and more.

Account Deletion vs. Cancellation
Cancelling your subscription is different from deleting your account:
Cancel Subscription
- Keeps your account active
- Downgrades to free plan
- All data is preserved
- Can reactivate anytime
- Profile remains visible
Delete Account
- Permanently removes account
- Deletes all your data
- Removes profile and content
- Cannot be undone
- Connections are removed
If you want to delete your account entirely, you can do so from Settings > Account > Delete Account. This action is permanent and cannot be reversed.
