Anti-Harassment Policy

We have zero tolerance for harassment of any kind:

  • No hate speech – Discrimination based on race, gender, religion, nationality, disability, or sexual orientation
  • No threats – Physical, financial, or reputational intimidation
  • No unwanted contact – Persistent messaging after being asked to stop
  • No doxxing – Sharing personal information without consent
  • No sexual harassment – Inappropriate comments, requests, or behavior

Violations result in immediate account suspension pending review.

Identity & Credential Verification

Our multi-layer verification process helps ensure you're connecting with real professionals:

  • Email Verification – All accounts must verify their email address
  • Phone Verification – Optional but recommended for enhanced trust
  • ID Verification – Government ID verification for identity confirmation
  • License Verification – Trade licenses and certifications are verified
  • Insurance Verification – Proof of liability insurance can be submitted

Look for the ✓ Verified badge on profiles.

How to Report an Issue

If you encounter problematic behavior, please report it immediately:

  • In-app reporting – Use the "Report" button on profiles or messages
  • Report form – Submit detailed reports via our Report Issue page
  • Email – Contact safety@tradesmennetwork.pro
  • Screenshots – Include evidence when possible for faster resolution

All reports are reviewed within 24-48 hours.

Enforcement Actions

We take a graduated approach to policy violations, with severity based on the nature and frequency of offenses.

Warning

First-time minor violations receive a formal warning. The user is notified of the policy they violated and how to avoid future issues.

🗑️

Content Removal

Violating content (posts, messages, job listings) is removed. The user is notified and repeat offenses escalate to suspension.

⏸️

Temporary Suspension

Serious or repeated violations result in 7-30 day account suspension. Users cannot access the platform during this period.

🚫

Permanent Ban

Severe violations (harassment, fraud, illegal activity) result in permanent account termination with no option for reinstatement.

Protect yourself from scams when browsing or posting jobs on our platform.

For Tradespeople

    Legitimate clients never ask for payment to be considered for a job.

    Vague descriptions, pressure tactics, or requests to work off-platform.

For Clients

  • Hire verified professionals

    Look for the verified badge and check license information.
